join me in exploring the food of my family’s homeland—a unique cuisine that encompasses
much more than just hummus, pita, and falafel (not that there is anything wrong with any
of that!). we will shop at the spice markets in jerusalem, visit fish markets in the old city of
akko, prepare meals highlighting local and indigenous ingredients in bethlehem, and create memorable food experiences rooted in my palestinian heritage while discovering the rich
history of the beautiful land.
